Refund Policy

At Sustaining Life, we are committed to delivering compassionate, dependable, and high-quality healthcare services in the comfort of your home. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.


If a patient is:

  • Hospitalised, or
  • Passes away

and our services are no longer required, a full refund will be provided for any unused prepaid or subscription-based services.

For cancellations under other circumstances:

  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • A pro-rata refund may be considered for unused services
  • Refund approval is subject to a valid and reasonable explanation

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service has not yet been scheduled, or
  • Cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or visit

For prepaid care packages or service plans:

  • Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
  • Visits/consultations already delivered will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate
  • Any applicable discounted package pricing may be adjusted before the final refund amount is calculated

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made:

  • To the original payment method, or
  • By bank transfer to the patient’s designated account, if requested

Cash refunds will not be provided.
