At Sustaining Life, we are committed to delivering compassionate, dependable, and high-quality healthcare services in the comfort of your home. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
1. Refunds in Case of Death or Hospitalisation
If a patient is:
- Hospitalised, or
- Passes away
and our services are no longer required, a full refund will be provided for any unused prepaid or subscription-based services.
2. Cancellations & Other Refund Requests
For cancellations under other circumstances:
- Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- A pro-rata refund may be considered for unused services
- Refund approval is subject to a valid and reasonable explanation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- The service has not yet been scheduled, or
- Cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or visit
4. Package & Subscription Refunds
For prepaid care packages or service plans:
- Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
- Visits/consultations already delivered will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate
- Any applicable discounted package pricing may be adjusted before the final refund amount is calculated
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made:
- To the original payment method, or
- By bank transfer to the patient’s designated account, if requested
Cash refunds will not be provided.
