Refund Policy

At Sustaining Life, we are committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and high-quality holistic home-care services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.


1. Refunds in Case of Death or Hospitalisation

If the client passes away or is hospitalised, making our services no longer required,
➡️ A full refund will be issued for any unused prepaid or subscription services.

2. Other Cancellations

In other situations:

  • A pro-rata refund may be considered for unused services,
  • Provided there is a valid and reasonable explanation for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued when:

  • The service has not yet been scheduled, or
  • You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Partial Refunds for Packages

  • If you purchased a package (e.g., 15 or 30 days/sessions), unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Sessions already delivered will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate, and the balance will be refunded.

3. Processing Time

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested though account. No cash refund will be made.
